With no midweek fixture, Town have had a full week to focus on the game in Nailsworth following their first win of the season.
Summer signing Browne has started the Glovers last two games in all competitions and believes the group are doing everything they can to “stay one step ahead” of their opponents.
He told iFollow Glovers: “Everyone in the camp is feeling energised and ready for the next game against Forest Green.
“We’re embracing the time, always trying to learn and get the upper hand in everything we’re doing.
“We want to stay one step ahead with tactics and on the training pitch we’re always working on different shapes to counteract the opposition we’re coming up against. You’re always learning new things everyday.”
He added: “I’ve learned a lot about myself and different ways to play football (since joining Yeovil).
“The gaffer has taught me how to elevate my game so I’m just going to keep getting better.”
Browne played against Mark Cooper’s side in the National League last term on loan at Macclesfield Town.
The tricky winger knows what to expect from the EFL newcomers, and is relishing to take them on once more.
“They’re a good team as are all teams in League Two,” he said.
“We’ve on what their strengths and weaknesses are with our analysis so there isn’t anything we don’t know about them.
“I played against them last year so I’m looking forward to seeing where they’re at in this league.”
The match at the New Lawn is pay on the day for away supporters.
