The Glovers looked to be heading for three points against Leyton Orient on Saturday courtesy of Francois Zoko’s ninth goal of the season, but had to settle for draw when former Town loanee Gavin Massey netted two minutes from time.
Yeovil have lost just three of their last 10 games in Sky Bet League Two but have drawn a frustrating six of those, despite having taken the lead against both Blackpool and Orient.
He told YTFC’s official YouTube channel: “I feel the fluency could be better. I feel the Plymouth game was a very heavy pitch to play on so that was a bit of a direct game.
"I thought we had large spells of possession against Leyton Orient which should’ve seen two or three (goals) because it is difficult when they (teams) come and sit behind the ball.
"Teams are paying us a lot of respect but I just expect the players, when they get in the final third, to find the right ball at the right time. When that cross goes in I expect one or two runners to be fully committed.
"Just to make it more exciting, more entertaining for the supporters because they pay good money. We are trying, and are desperately trying to make sure they come and get entertainment.
"The players are trying – I feel they need a little bit more belief but I think the supporters will see that."
