The trio’s six-month loan deals are set to expire this month and Town boss Way is yet to confirm if they will stay at Huish Park until the end of the season.
Campbell first joined the Glovers in January 2016 for the remainder of the 2015/16 campaign before re-signing from West Brom in the summer.
Bournemouth duo Butcher and Whitfield put pen to paper in August and have made over 20 appearances each for the club.
Way told YTFC.net: “I’ve had one or two phone calls with their clubs so I’ll be making those decisions over the next couple of days.
“Tahvon has played a lot of games for me and has been here since I became manager.
“Sometimes it’s never easy to make decisions, rightly or wrongly, and that’s the same as Butcher and Whitfield.
“All the loans have given me everything they could possibly give and they’ll reflect on what they’ve given to the football club.
“I’ll make the right decision for myself and the football club.”
