The DSA play a key role at home games and the club were therefore very pleased to see their efforts acknowledged via this feedback from fans Grant and Jane Shipway who attended the game with Crewe in October.
Relaying their thanks to the DSA, they said: “Thank you to all the staff at Yeovil Town Football Club who could not have been more helpful if they tried. They may only be in League Two with their football but they are in the Premiership with their customer service.
“Having to walk with a three-wheeled walker is a pain at the best of times but all of your staff on the phone and at the ground made Grant & myself so welcome & looked after us as if we were royalty. Thank you to everyone especially Sharon, Bruce, Karen & Kevin & everyone else we came in contact with.
Jane added: “I would like to add that although this was my 82nd ground out of the current 92, it is actually my 119th overall and the Yeovil Town staff provided the best customer service I have received at any football ground.”
Yeovil Town FC could not function without the efforts of the DSA and other fan groups who do so much on matchdays, and it is very pleasing indeed therefore to see their efforts rightly acknowledged by such comments.
