Yeovil Town Women FC is dedicated to nurturing young talent in a positive and supportive environment. Our U18’s team are heading into the Somerset Premier Division, and we seek a passionate individual to lead the team and help players reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Player Development: Focus on improving players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and resilience.
• Coaching: Deliver engaging, challenging, and enjoyable coaching sessions.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to young players, aiding their football journey and personal growth.
• Communication: Keep open lines of communication with players, parents, and club officials.
• Administration: Handle team management duties, including record-keeping and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Coaching Certification: Minimum UEFA C Licence.
• Experience: Experience coaching youth football, preferably within a similar age group.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate players.
• Commitment: Available for evening training sessions and Sunday matches.
• Passion: A genuine passion for developing young talent in women’s football.
