We’re delighted to welcome Brooklyn Genesini on loan from Swindon Town until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old right back was born in Yeovil and grew up locally before being picked up by the academy at AFC Bournemouth. After rising through the youth ranks, Genesini earned a spot on their squad for a pre-season tour in Portugal in 2022.

Genesini made his AFC Bournemouth debut on 23rd August 2022 during a League Cup match. He came on in the 91st minute, levelling the game 2-2 just one minute later, forcing it to penalties. The Cherries went on to progress to the Third Round with a 5-3 shootout win.

Genesini also had a couple of loan spells away from Dean Court, spending short periods at Poole Town as well as a stint in the Danish 1st Division with Naestved Boldklub.

In August 2023, Genesini departed the southern club as he became Swindon Town’s eighth signing of the summer transfer window. So far this campaign, Brooklyn has made 5 appearances for the Robins.
