The Glovers head to Notts County on Saturday after suffering back-to-back defeats in Sky Bet League Two, but previously went four unbeaten on the road including wins over Coventry and Colchester.
Looking to cause an upset against the promotion-chasing Magpies, Browne is targeting a return to winning ways.
“It will be a tough game, but we more focus on what we can bring and how we’re going to counteract what they do.
“I feel like when we play our game and work to our strategy then we can beat the best teams as long as we take our chances.
“We can match anyone in this league, we played against Wycombe and they only beat us by one goal and we feel like we should’ve won that game. No matter if teams are top or bottom we feel like we can beat any team.”
In his maiden season as a Glover, Browne has featured 38 times since arriving from Grimsby last summer.
One of many youngsters in Town’s ranks, the son of former Town favourite, Steve, is looking forward to the 2018/19 campaign already.
“I’ve loved it,” he told iFollow Glovers. “It’s been good to play League Two football consistently and I’ve learnt so much from one season.
“I’m excited to see what will happen next season but there’s a lot more to come.”
