Town duo Olufela Olomola and Francois Zoko return to the fold after serving three-match bans for red cards received in the 3-0 win against Stevenage at the end of October.
However, the Glovers will be without Bevis Mugabi, who sits out due to suspension, and it is too soon to note whether left-back Ryan Dickson (concussion) will be fit.
Way said: “It’s great news for the squad because they (Olomola and Zoko) are big players and they’ve played a big part this season so far and they score goals.
“Unfortunately when you’ve got those players missing, you lack that little bit of creativity.”
On Dickson, the Yeovil boss commented: “We’re just letting the medical team deal with that situation because it’s concussion. We’ll wait and see.”
Following Town’s defeat to Swindon Town on the weekend, Way said his players would learn a lot from a team of the Robins’ experience.
Notts County arrive with an abundance of veteran talent but the 37-year-old is confident his side will bounce back.
He said: “Tuesday will come quick and we’ll be up against a team with (Jon) Stead and (Shola) Ameobi up front who are a real threat, and (Jorge) Grant.
“But it’s a game where we can put it (Saturday’s result) right – I think that’s really important.
“That’s why we have to remain positive.”
