As the reality of relegation sinks in and Yeovil Town face life in League Two next season, the club’s chairman and the new manager have both appealed to supporters: “You hold the ticket to our success.”
The Glovers have announced a comprehensive range of season and matchday tickets for next season.
Prices have been reduced, and Early Bird discounts are available until May 15th.
Some ticket holders can take advantage of a deal which equates to nine free games in the new season.
Chairman John Fry said: “The fact of the matter is that our survival and our success depend on our loyal fans remaining loyal.
“All of us have been through two difficult seasons, and, believe me, I share the disappointment of our fans.
“But we need the solid foundation of strong sales of our tickets in advance of the new season.
“Yes, we will be in a lower league. But we have climbed back before and we can do it again.
“Me and my director colleagues have had to make some very difficult decisions this season.
“We now have a new structure and we all need to have faith. Our fans have shown tremendous loyalty, and we need that loyalty to continue.”
New manager Paul Sturrock, said:” I have already sampled the passion of the Glovers supporters and I thank them for my warm welcome.
“Rest assured, I will do my best to get this famous club back where it belongs, in the higher tiers of English football, as soon as possible.
“But it will take time, and I also have some difficult decisions to make before the start of the new season.
“I would just like to say that I will do my best to reward those fans who show their faith through the ticket office by producing the results they seek on the pitch.”
