The left-sided player has impressed many with his performances last season, firstly for the Yeovil Town U18’s, who he led as captain to National 7-a-side victory for South West Colleges, but also in Men’s football for Barnstaple Town and Yeovil Town, specifically in the Somerset Premier Cup.

In the final National League game of the season in 2022/23, Haste made his professional debut as a late substitute against Altrincham as the Glovers signed off with a victory.

His performances last season also earned him a number of call-ups to the England College side.

In signing his pro-terms, Haste has became the first graduate of our Elite Player Development Programme to sign professional terms with the Club.

The defender then spent the majority of the 23/24 season on loan at Truro City, who won promotion to the National League South; but Haste made his full National League debut in the final fixture of the season against Boreham Wood.
