Joining on a season-long loan from Boro in the summer, Pattison has been an integral part of Darren Way’s side providing three assists so far this season.

The Midfielder suffered an injury scare in their 3-1 defeat away to Crawley Town but returned to full fitness for their fixture against Colchester United in midweek.

Speaking to iFollow Glovers he said: “I just want to play as many games as possible and hopefully take Yeovil to as high as I can in the league.

“Hopefully we get promotion or get in and around the play-offs. With the players that we have we are definitely good enough to be there.”

Town’s next fixture is the West Country clash against Exeter City, who currently sit second in the league on 23 points.

Not being fazed by the Grecians league position, Pattison believes that the team can get results against any side in League Two.

“We know we can beat anyone in this league, they have played some good football from what I saw when I was on the bench in the Checkatrade Trophy match and they were a really good team.

“They were playing without some of their best players so it will be a tough test but one we are ready for.

“We are good enough to be in and around the upper end of the league come the end of the season, we just need to get back to winning ways as quickly as possible.”

Since Pattison’s inclusion to the squad, he has formed a strong partnership with fellow centre midfielder Sessi D’Almeida.

The 21-year-old believes that himself and the Benin international compliment each others’ style of play.

“He breaks the play up well and I like to play forward; I’m a playmaker, I like to assist goals and I think we complement each other very well.

“He’s exactly the same on the pitch as he is off the pitch, he is just a presence everywhere he goes and it is a pleasure playing alongside him.”
