22nd October 2018

Back in action on Saturday for the first time in 10 days, Town picked up a point from the 0-0 draw with Tranmere Rovers prior to the visit of the Railwaymen.

Looking to get back to winning ways after Saturday’s strong defensive performance, Darren Way’s side will be boosted by the return of Sessi D’Almeida from suspension.

Strengthened on Saturday by the returns of Stuart Nelson, Gary Warren and Alefe Santos, the Glovers are still without Francois Zoko, James Bailey, Omar Sowunmi and Diallang Jaiyesimi, with a question mark over Wes McDonald’s fitness.

Whoever makes the matchday 18, the green and whites will be looking to sign off at Huish Park with a victory before two long journeys to Carlisle and Morecambe.

Dave Artell’s side head to Somerset looking to record back-to-back away wins.

Jordan Bowery notched at Stevenage to pick up a 1-0 win and move the Cheshire outfit to two points behind the Glovers.

Head-to-head
Town will be looking for a sense of deja vu on Tuesday night.

Rhys Browne and Olufela Olomola were on target either side of half-time in the same fixture last season to claim a 2-0 win.

In fact, the green and whites are unbeaten in their last four meetings with Crewe without conceding a single goal.

Overall, Yeovil have eight wins to Crewe’s four with just two draws.

Officials
Tuesday’s game will be overseen by Kevin Johnson.

Mr Johnson last took charge of a game at Huish Park in January, sending Otis Khan off in a 2-1 defeat to Chesterfield.

He’ll be assisted by Andrew Laver and Matthew Lee with Savvas Yianni acting as fourth official.
