Elsie Wood, who has supported Town for as long as she can remember, was visited by manager Darren Way in the Elms nursing home on the outskirts of Yeovil where she lives.
Armed with a birthday card from the Football Club and a calendar for 2017, the gaffer spent time with Elsie discussing her memories supporting Town, which went as far back as the old Huish stadium and the Glovers memorable FA Cup exploits over the decades.
Darren also spent time talking to other residents, many of which were keen Glovers supporters.
After meeting Elsie, Way was humbled to have shared part of her special day.
“Speaking to Elsie, she told me that some of her best memories have come from supporting Yeovil Town up and down the country.
“It was amazing to meet her and give something back after all her years of supporting the club – a moment that achieving by unity is all about.”
