The 64-year-old sadly passed away earlier this week after suffering from cancer, with the service to be held on Friday 4th November at Easton Methodist Church in Portland, Dorset. 

Starting at 2 o’clock, there will then be a short ceremony at Weymouth Crematorium at 3.15pm leading to the wake at South Portland Working Men’s Conservative Club – all who knew Gerry are welcome to attend and pay their respects.

There will also be a minute’s applause prior to kick-off on Saturday at Huish Park to pay respect to the former Yeovil manager who guided the Club through a difficult spell in its history.
