Yeovil Town are delighted to confirm the signing of Joe Quigley on a free transfer from Dagenham & Redbridge for the upcoming season.

After netting a brace against the Glovers last August, the towering forward will now line up in Green and White, with a trip to his former employers on the horizon next weekend.

The 23-year old began his career in the Bournemouth academy, but after a number of loan spells across seven different clubs, Quigley decided to settle within the National League on a permanent basis signing for Maidstone United in 2018/19.

His stay in Kent was short lived, moving onto Bromley that same season, with a brief loan spell in the National League South with Eastbourne Borough, where he scored three goals in five games.

Most recently, the former Irish U21 international spent the entirety of 2019/20 with Dagenham & Redbridge scoring five goals before the league season was cut short due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Our new number 19 walks straight into Darren Sarll’s squad boosting the forward line in preparation for our midweek clash with Halifax.

Everyone at Yeovil Town would like to wish a warm welcome to Joe and hope he enjoys his time at Huish Park.
