Yeovil Town Football Club has launched a new rewards program, exclusively to recognise and reward their loyal fans on Facebook.

The program is managed through a new custom-made Facebook app, called Fan-tastic. 

The app offers Facebook fans who ‘like’ Yeovil Town Football Club the exclusive opportunity to take part in competitions, quizzes and fun activities in order to collect points. Points will also be awarded when fans buy match tickets and merchandise in the club shop. 

The most loyal fans, who collect the most points, are rewarded with ‘virtual currency’, which can be collected and cashed in online for substantial prizes, discounts and footy-tastic merchandise.

The Fan-tastic app has been developed by Devon-based marketing agency, Clockwork Marketing. Director, Martin Shelton, said “Facebook has been a real game-changer for businesses. We developed the Fan-tastic app to enable them to use the platform to reward loyalty. We’re really pleased to be rolling it out for Yeovil Town Football Club.”

The Fan-Tastic Facebook app is set to take the social media world by storm; Clockwork Marketing are currently in talks with several big brands about rolling it out on a national scale.
