The contingent of charity cyclists reached Worcester last night after a tough first day of cycling.
A early start saw the Bradley Wiggins look-a-likes depart The Alexandra Stadium in Crewe. The dedicated cyclists pedalled their way to Worcester, covering a distance of more than 70 miles.
The committed group have now departed Worcester and are well on their way to their next stop in Bath.
They will raise thousands of pounds to be split equally between Prostate Cancer UK, St Margaret’s Hospice and the Glovers’ Community Sports Trust.
Supported by the expertise of multi-event specialists Events Crew every mile of the way, the cyclists will return to Yeovil before kick off on Saturday to be presented to the crowd.
Fellow fans wishing to track the cyclists’ progress later this week will be able to do so on this website, at www.thisissomerset.co.uk, on Twitter and Facebook.
