We’re delighted to announce the launch of our ‘Yeovil Town Performance Centre’ for all local aspiring footballers.
As the club enters a new era, we will be reinvigorating our youth system at the football club via the performance centre, led by our new ‘community & youth chief executive’ Jamie Phillip.
Jamie, who arrives with a host of experiences working within youth and women’s football, will be overseeing the performance centre along with a dedicated team, many of whom have previous links to the club via the Community Sports Trust.
Players will take part in the ‘Junior Premier League’ fixtures and will enjoy vital training from the Yeovil Town syllabus. Creating a unified pathway from as young as three-years-old in the mini talent centres to the top of our youth system, the Elite Player Development Programme for U18’s.
The new, reinvigorated youth system is available to both boys and girls, with the first boys trials for U7’s-U16’s taking place in the afternoon’s of Monday 12th June & Wednesday 14th June. Dates for girls trials will be confirmed in the near future.
