With no match day programme for a few weeks due to away fixtures and a weekend off, we’ll be publishing our exclusive loan watch article onto the club website to keep supporters in the loop with our on-loan Glovers.
Max Evans hasn’t missed a minute for Bedford since joining last month. He started on the 2nd January against Royston Town, but his side fell to a 3-2 defeat on the road.
Sherborne Town were without Benjani Jr on the 2nd due to a minor knock, but did have Under-18’s captain Jake Graziano to call upon. The youngster has signed on a dual registration with the Zebras, which means he will continue to be involved with Matt Percival’s Under-18’s side, whilst getting first-team experience with Sherborne.
The Zebras were the 2-1 victors in Graziano’s first involvement, securing three points against Ilfracombe. With the College returning to games this week, Graziano played in the College League this afternoon and netted in a 2-0 victory over South Devon Pro Direct.
In the Southern League, Ollie Haste’s promotion push with Truro City has continued. The young defender most recently started in a 3-2 home victory against Tiverton Town.
Elsewhere, Toby Stephens and Ollie Hulbert fell to a defeat against Weston-super-Mare. Stephens came off the bench at the Optima with an hour played, but was unable to help Parkway to a victory.
Following the sad passing of Stratford Town player Cody Fisher, Will Dawes hasn’t played since our last loan watch. We keep him, all at Stratford Town, along with Cody’s family and friends in our thoughts at this difficult time.
