To our supporters.

When I bid for the club just seven short months ago, I understandably had high hopes and made promises. Who could blame anyone, given the 10+ years of dismay and discontent! However, both the team and I have been fortunate to be given a humble opportunity to lead this community asset and turn those frowns upside down!

Mark Cooper has unquestionably shown what a manager can achieve with the freedom and fair resources to build a team. They’ve secured an unprecedented 14 wins in a row, a National League South record attendance figure, and 50% more crowds than the previous season. To Mark and every player, you’ve given us much to be thankful for, and I consider you all dear friends.

In the hospitality sector, through Keith, Jack, and the supporting staff, we’ve established a fan zone where hundreds enjoy a drink, a bite to eat, and live music hours before kick-off. Our matchday hospitality dining with Steve, our incredible chef, is second to none.

Our Groundsman, Matt, has maintained a superb pitch despite an unprecedented run of home games, blazing sunshine, and monsoon floods! Well done to his team.

Dan Howell has revolutionised our social media output, creating a groundswell of combined impressions and video views greater than some League One clubs. Just incredible.

Most importantly, I want to thank the fans for their incredible patience and belief. Your support and dedication, both on and off the pitch, are beyond words. We can’t find the words to express our gratitude for your loyalty. The momentum of your support, week in and week out, is the catalyst that will drive us with full intent toward promotion to the National League. It is our divine ambition!

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you.

Faithfully,

Chairman
