The Town fanatic died holding his mother’s hand at St Margaret’s Hospice on Monday, after a 17-year battle with cancer. 

Darren Way and three of his squad visited Rhys prior to the Glovers’ match with Coventry City in August, and dedicated the win to the 19-year-old.

Everyone at the club would like to pass on their condolences to Rhys’ family and friends.
