The Glovers host high-flying Swindon Town following a 4-0 loss at Brunton Park last weekend.

Ex-Grimsby Town man Browne is keen to learn from the match in Cumbria and bounce back with three points at Huish Park on Saturday (3pm).

“Everything game is a learning curve,” he told iFollow Glovers.

“It’s still very early in the season and we’ve still got a new group; we try and learn from our losses.

“We’ve watched the game back, taken what we need from it and moved on to the next game.”

Browne added: “We go into every game with confidence because we are a good team as we’ve seen and shown this season.

“(Swindon) are a good team. It’s still very close (in the league) and a few wins could change everything. We’re just going to go out there to try and get the win.”

Browne has netted four goals in all competitions for Yeovil since making the summer move to Somerset.

The tricky winger has began just seven games for the Green and Whites in Sky Bet League Two but insists he will always ‘do my best’ whether he starts or comes off the bench.

He said: I’m always trying to find ways for the team to win whether it’s by scoring or getting assists. I just try and do my best.

“Everyone has to be ready. We’ve got a small squad and there will be times where people have to drop out, red cards, injuries… when it’s your time to step up you have to do it; you’ve got to put the team first and work hard.”
