The Glovers will travel to Notts County next weekend having spent a full week on the training pitch, after three weeks of Saturday-Tuesday fixtures.
Goals from Tin Plavotic and Billy Waters sunk Town on Saturday, with Dolan believing the squad have to put things right on the training ground.
Speaking to YTFC’s official YouTube channel, he said: “We’ve got a little break (from games) so we have to get things right in the training pitch and go again.
“We need to get that all important win which is maybe lacking at the minute.
“We have to address a few things on the training pitch and make sure we’re ready to bounce back.”
After three successive 1-1 draws, Yeovil’s defeat in Gloucestershire pushed them down a place to 17th in the table.
Having dropped four points from the previous two games courtesy of late goals before Saturday’s defeat, Dolan felt the players can’t feel too sorry for themselves.
“You can’t get your heads down and be glum,” he said. “We’re obviously disappointed but we’ve got a game coming up against Notts County and we have got to win that.
“We looked at the last few games and the disappointment of last minute goals. If we didn’t concede them then we’d be looking at the other end of the table.
“But we’ve got to address that as footballers, stand up to the plate and be counted.
“We have to stick the the shirt on, wear it with pride and make sure we get three points for the club.”
