Unbeaten in their last four matches and buoyed by knocking out higher division opposition in the Emirates FA Cup last weekend, Town make the trip to Cumbria in buoyant mood.

Looking for back-to-back wins in Sky Bet League Two at Brunton Park, Way told iFollow Glovers that confidence is high.

“The team mood is getting stronger and you can feel it on the shop floor,” he said.

“We’ve created a good culture and the culture is improving every minute of every day.

Every game is winnable at this level, I’m not going to change my view on that so it’s important the group keep that belief and show real mental toughness away from home.”

With competition for places high, Ryan Dickson returned to the squad from concussion last Saturday whilst Jordan Green and Jonny Maddison both returned to training this week.

With something of a selection headache, the Yeovil manager only views it as a positive.

Way said: “We’re looking very good going into this game with real positivity. When you get that, the players subconsciously all want to be fit and to be a part of it.

“With the momentum we’ve got at the moment we should come into this game with a lot of confidence and a lot of belief, but we also need real mental strength to be able to come out with a result.

“We’ve got to make sure that for our supporters who travel on Saturday, they see a real hunger and belief from their Yeovil team.”

Tickets for the trip to Carlisle remain on sale online or via the Huish Park ticket office by visiting in person or by calling 01935 847888.
