Easter Monday will be the 27th meeting between the two sides with the Glovers looking to reduce the 13-7 head-to-head deficit.
Losing 3-1 in the reverse fixture back in October, Town will hope for a repeat of their last win over Colchester which came in 2016.
Trailing 1-0 heading into the final five minutes, strikes from Francois Zoko and Tahvon Campbell secured a memorable turnaround at Huish Park.

Peter Wright will be the man in the middle in Somerset.
It’ll be his fourth match this season involving the green and whites having last overseen the 0-0 draw at Cambridge United in December.
He’ll be assisted by Paul Graham and Christopher Wade with Dean Treleaven acting as fourth official.
