Francois Zoko tapped in a first-half opener and Sam Surridge grabbed his first league goal to extend the Glovers’ lead midway through the second period.

But finishes from Adam McGurk and Kevin Ellison saw the Shrimps salvage a point in Somerset.

“We’re disappointed certainly in the manner we conceded the goals from two set plays,” Way told iFollow Glovers.

“We knew the conditions were going to be very difficult but at 2-0 up we expected a little bit more resilience to stop their threat which was set plays.

“I don’t think Artur (Krysiak) had a save to make from open play. There wasn’t a massive number of balls forward but as far as a direct ball from direct free kicks and long throws, we were disappointed to concede.

“The players share responsibility on set plays and they’re all about concentration. They’re about staying with your man, anticipating the second balls and then making sure you get good clearances.

“The group need to understand how important set plays are.”
