16th February 2018

Unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions – winning four – the Glovers are in a resurgent mood, climbing 11 points clear of the bottom two.

Tuesday’s 2-0 win over Barnet at Huish Park was the fourth successive clean sheet in Sky Bet League Two, completing a run of four straight victories at home in the process.

It’s the club’s best run of form since a 12-match unbeaten run in the first half of the 2016/17 season, with Town unbeaten since taking on Premier League giants Manchester United at the end of January.

Looking to carry the momentum into this weekend’s trip to Broadhall Way, Yeovil are boosted by the potential return of winger Otis Khan.

Having served a five-match ban, the 10-goal man could feature in Hertfordshire with a wrist injury to be assessed beforehand.

Khan’s availability could be timely, with top goalscorer Francois Zoko serving the first of a two-game suspension on Saturday after accruing 10 yellow cards this season.

Dan Alfei and James Bailey (both knee) remain out long-term, while a date for Artur Krysiak and Nathan Smith’s (both knee) return is yet to be confirmed.

There was positive news with regards to Bevis Mugabi who could be available following a hamstring injury.

Saturday’s hosts Stevenage will be without striker Alex Revell due to suspension.

Boro’s forward have grabbed most of their goals this campaign with Matt Godden (14) and Danny Newton (12) their top two scorers.

The Hertfordshire outfit are one place and one point above Town after a winless run of four.

Head-to-head
Town are unbeaten in their last seven matches against Stevenage and have never lost a game at Broadhall Way in the EFL.

Darren Way’s men collected four points off the Hertfordshire outfit last term, with Ben Whitfield’s last-gasp finish earning a point on the road.

The most famous clash between the two came in 2002 at Villa Park in the FA Trophy; Yeovil proved victorious with Carl Alford and Adam Stansfield on target.

Officials
The man in the middle on Saturday will be Nicholas Kinseley.

The Essex-born official has refereed 23 games this season and has issued 92 yellows and six reds.

He was in charge of Town’s 2-0 defeat to Newport County earlier on in the campaign.

Kinseley will be joined by assistants Grant Taylor (Warwickshire) and Adrian Waters (London) as well as fourth official Ravel Cheosiaua (Worcestershire).
