Steve Phillips

Head of Goalkeeping

Steve Phillips arrived at the club in the summer of 2017.

Initially joining the academy to work with the next generation of stoppers, the 40-year-old was promoted to the Head of Goalkeeping role in September 2017.

Taking on responsibility for the first-team's goalkeepers the former Bristol City, Bristol Rovers and Crewe Alexandra keeper became part of Darren Way's backroom staff at Huish Park.

With over 600 career appearances to his name, West Country-born Phillips is also a three-time Senior World Cup winner with England.
