Jake Gray made the switch to the Glovers from Luton Town for an undisclosed fee prior to the 2017/18 season.
The midfielder put pen to paper on a two-year contract having arrived from Kenilworth Road.
Gray began his career in the Wycombe Wanderers youth setup before moving to Crystal Palace aged 15. He made two cup appearances for the Eagles before loan spells with Cheltenham Town and Hartlepool United.
Earning a move to Luton, Gray netted four times for the Hatters in his debut season at Kenilworth Road including a strike against Aston Villa in the EFL Cup.
Becoming an instant hit at Huish Park after arriving, the midfielder’s season was ended early due to an ankle ligament injury which will delay the 22-year-old’s start to the new campaign.
