26th November 2019

Darren Sarll’s side will look to return to winning ways as Aldershot Town visit Huish Park on Tuesday night (7.45pm).

After a topsy-turvy encounter with Wrexham on Saturday, in-form striker Rhys Murphy will be looking to add to his goal tally following his hat trick against the Red Dragons.

Aldershot, a side which includes former Glover Alefe Santos, travel to Somerset in good spirits after a 2-1 victory against promotion hopefuls Notts County.

Head-to-head

Tuesday’s encounter will be the second between the two sides this season, after Town swept away the Hampshire-based outfit in September by 1-3 thanks to goals from Myles Hippolyte, Jimmy Smith & Rhys Murphy.

Before this season, the green and whites last met the Shots in a friendly ahead of the 1998/99 campaign, coming away with a 3-1 defeat.

Officials

Samuel Allison will be the man in the middle. It’ll be his eighth match of the campaign having so far refereed Yeovil once, in our 1-1 draw with Stockport County.

He’ll be assisted by Sean Rothwell and Craig Scriven with Roger Smith acting as fourth official.
