Town’s appeal for the wrongful dismissal of Shaun Jeffers in Saturday’s fixture with Morecambe has been unsuccessful.

The striker was dismissed for serious foul play in the 27th minute by referee Nick Kinseley.

Shaun will now face a three-match suspension.
