The Glovers were denied all three points thanks to a late Alex Baptiste headed goal.

Ed Upson’s rather fortuitous 79th goal opened the scoring before Baptiste equalised on 90 minutes.

The first real chance came on 15 minutes when Bolton midfielder Hall struck a 25-yard effort that cannoned off the base of the post and out to safety.

New loanee Shane Duffy denied a certain goal on 24 minutes when he threw himself in front of a powerful Ngog shot.

Bogdan in the Bolton goal made sure the scores stayed level when he denied the returning Madden. Good work on the left by Andy Williams saw the striker cross to Madden. The Irishman’s first time left footed effort was heading for the corner of the goal but the shot stopper palmed his effort away from danger.

At the other end Hennessey had to be alert to make a one handed stop from a Lee strike. The rebound was neatly tidied up Duffy.

Yeovil kicked off the second half but were pushed back early on with Ngog and Eagles having shots that went easily wide.

The Glovers could have opening the scoring after 50 minutes. Neat build up on the right saw Edwards’ deep cross lad at the feet of Grant.

The former Wycombe man controlled the ball, steadied himself but saw his net bound effort well saved by Bogdan.

Substitute Jermaine Beckford should have opened the scoring for the hosts on 68 minutes. He managed to race clear of the Yeovil back line but fluffed his shot into the arms of Hennessey.

Two minutes later Madden raced onto a ball over the top only to see his lob over Bogdan also cleared the cross bar.

The Glovers took the lead on 79 minutes when Upson’s shot from 25 yards seemed to have been gathered easily by Bogdan.

With Madden ready to pounce on any fumble the shot stopper somehow managed to let the ball slip through his gloves and through his legs and slowly into the net.

Bolton equalised right on 90 minutes when a deep cross found its way to Knight who hooked the ball back across goal, despite the claims the ball had gone out of play. Hall headed the ball against the bar but Baptiste was on hand to head the ball past Hennessey.
