Defenders Ojo and Fleming have headed to Melksham Town to gain first-team experience away from Huish Park, with Academy graduate Ojo moving across to Wiltshire until January.

Awarded a first professional contract last December, the 18-year-old has made just one appearance for Darren Sarll’s side in 2019/20, coming off the bench in the 1-0 win over Eastleigh in August before finding game time limited.

For Fleming, the move offers a first taste of senior football as he joins on a work experience loan. The agreement means the 17-year-old can still compete in the Premier League Cup and FA Youth Cup for the Glovers.

Starting a two-year scholarship with the club last summer, the central defender has impressed for Ryan Northmore’s under-18s and now heads to test himself in the Southern League Division One South.

Also exiting are Shako and John who both head to Gosport Borough on loan until the end of December.

Lively winger Shako has made one substitute appearance in the National League on the opening day of the season whilst John – who signed a first professional contract in the summer – is yet to feature for Sarll’s side.

All at Huish Park wish the quartet all the best during their loan spells.
