Darren Way will be hoping his side can recreate the intensity and energy shown in their back-to-back away matches when they host John Coleman’s Stanley at Huish Park.

The Glovers recorded an impressive win over Morecambe last Saturday, and followed it up with a last-gasp draw at Barnet in midweek,

As well as coming into some form, Town have found their goalscoring touch, netting five times in two games after previously not finding the back of the net on four consecutive occasions.

Town will be looking to recapture their home form from the first half of the season which saw them go eight matches without a defeat.

A win on Saturday will see them overtake their opponents Accrington.

The Lancashire club travel to Somerset in fine form having won their last three matches in a row to nil.

Striker Billy Kee was back in the goals on Tuesday night as Stanley hammered relegation-threatened Leyton Orient 5-0.

Sean McConville grabbed a brace in the win but is more known for setting up his team-mates, and sits fourth in the League Two assists charts.

Accrington lie 16th in the table and have won two of their last six matches on the road (D2 L2).

Head-to-head

Town went 11 matches unbeaten in all competitions when they drew 1-1 with Accrington back in November.

Otis Khan’s low free kick gave the Glovers the lead at the Crown Ground but Romuald Boco rescued a point for the hosts in injury time.

Stanley’s last visit to Huish Park ended in defeat as captain Ryan Dickson’s solitary goal earned Yeovil three points.

In fact, that was Town’s only previous EFL clash with Accrington in Somerset.

Referee

Nigel Miller will officiate his 33rd game of the season on Saturday at Huish Park – his first involving Yeovil.

Mr Miller has issued 69 yellow cards this season and six reds.

The County Durham official took charge Town’s 1-1 draw away to Luton Town last season, awarding a yellow card to replacement goalkeeper Chris Weale.

He will be assisted by Andrew Quin (Devon) and Justin Amey (Dorset) with Adam Bromley (Devon) acting as fourth official.
