The Glovers host their Devonshire neighbours on Boxing Day, in the club’s penultimate game of 2016.

Footballers have to be careful what they intake over the Christmas period and Krysiak says Town have to continue to prepare for Monday’s match in a professional manner.

He said told YTFC’s official YouTube channel: “Everyone wants to celebrate with their families but we have to have in mind that this is a job and we sacrifice everything to be successful.

“We have to focus on our preparation. Everything is vital and very important.

“We have to think and make the right life choices such as about what you’re going to eat between now and Boxing Day.”

He added: “We’ve had a tough week with some boxing, so the aggression is there.

“It’s an important, derby game on Boxing Day and we want to get back on the winning road and get three points and climb up the table.”

Tickets remain on sale for Monday’s clash. Fans can purchase online or by phone on 01935 847888.
