The 21-year-old curled a low free kick into the bottom corner to put the Glovers ahead but Accrington stole a point thanks to Romuald Boco’s injury-time goal.

Khan now has four goals in all competitions for Yeovil and Way believes he will only get better.

“It was a great finish from Otis,” he told YTFC’s official YouTube channel.

“The whole group is working hard together and Otis is getting stronger.

“We’ve had many a conversation about him always being the one who seems to come off. 

“We have a front three that we replace with players who have waited for their opportunity and I think (Francois) Zoko and Tahvon (Campbell) would’ve been disappointed that they didn’t start. 

“By the end of season, he’ll have a lot of games under his belt. He’s got a bright future.”
