The club has added to its ranks as Matt Worthington arrives for a second spell, signing a permanent deal from AFC Bournemouth until June 2021 subject to EFL clearance.
The midfielder made 19 appearances for Darren Way's side in the first half of the 2017/18 campaign whilst on loan from the Vitality Stadium.
After returning to the Cherries, the 21-year-old spent time out on loan again in the West Country at the start of this season, with League Two rivals Forest Green Rovers securing the box-to-box midfielder's services.
Netting his first senior goal during a 14-match stay at The New Lawn, Worthington now returns to Huish Park as a permanent addition to Town's squad.
After making his Premier League bow for Bournemouth on the final day of the 2016/17 season, Matt will now look to add to his EFL experience as a permanent Glover.
Further strengthening his squad, manager Darren Way said: "Matt has cut his teeth in the EFL now following his spell with us and Forest Green.
"It means we secure the services of a very promising player who knows what the division is all about, most importantly on a long-term deal that shows what this club is trying to achieve."
