After scoring on his home debut in the 2-0 win over Notts County, Alex Dobre is thrilled to be part of things at Huish Park.
The Bournemouth loanee has enjoyed a 100% start to life in Somerset after making his debut in the 1-0 win at Mansfield last weekend.
Netting a stoppage time strike in the victory over the Magpies at Huish Park on Saturday, Dobre told iFollow Glovers how he's been impressed by the mentality of the dressing room.
He said: "It's a great feeling for the boys, for the fans, because these boys have a big determination and when I speak to them in the dressing room they have a big determination.
"I love the spirit of the team, I love the boys and think from now on will do great things because the team has big desire."
Enjoying his third loan spell away from Dean Court, the Romanian has made an instant impact at Huish Park.
Dobre, who now has two EFL goals to his name, has clear targets for his time in green and white.
"I believed I would score. I said in my mind ‘I need to score'. I left it to the last second but it happened.
"I need to get minutes and get games because it will make me a better player, but I've come here to help this team and climb the league."
