Town defender Omar Sowunmi will serve a one-match suspension following an unsuccessful appeal.
The 22-year-old was dismissed in first half stoppage time during Yeovil's 2-1 loss to Crawley Town following a foul on Jordan Roberts which was adjudged to have denied a goal scoring opportunity.
Following the club's appeal, an Independent Regulatory Commission heard the case and upheld the officials' decision.
Sowunmi will now miss the Emirates FA Cup third round clash with Bradford City on Saturday at Huish Park.
Connor Smith was also sent off in the match against the Reds having received two yellow cards, with the Irishman also sitting out this weekend's action.
