Manager Darren Way is happy for his side to keep frustrating Sky Bet League Two's promotion hopefuls, continuing with the visit of Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday (3pm).

All of Town's last five opponents have been in the top 10, with all but one of their remaining six fixtures coming against sides searching for a top six finish.

Taking eight points from meetings with Exeter, Colchester, Coventry, Luton and Swindon, the Glovers are fresh from a 2-2 draw with the Robins in midweek.

Frustrating the home supporters at the County Ground with Alex Fisher's late equaliser, Way is happy for his side to continue causing upsets.

"That's the beauty of the games we're involved with now," he told iFollow Glovers. "When you look at Exeter, Coventry and Wycombe, they're all looking for promotion.

"We upset everyone at Swindon because of what was at the end of it if they won that game and we get comments from supporters of other clubs that are seeing our results because ultimately, we're spoiling everyone's party.

"Again, that's what we'll be looking to do on Saturday."

Losing the experienced head of Stuart Nelson at half-time on Tuesday night due to injury, Town were left with just two players over the age of 23 on the pitch.

Admitting to naivety earlier in the season, the Town boss urges his side to make up for their lack of experience in other ways.

"When you go into a job interview if you're young and don't have much experience, how do you get the job and how do you make up for it?"

"You have to make sure you work hard, show determination and also cleverness with the experience you've got.

"We've been outsmarted a number of times this year because of that (lack of) experience but I've made the group fully aware they have to make up for it in a number of other ways."
