The first Inter-Service football fixture to be held at Huish Park was emphatically won by the Army.
Taking on their Royal Navy rivals on the hallowed turf on Wednesday night, the Army ran out comfortable 4-0 victors to claim the Inter-Service Constantinople Trophy.
Earlier in the day at RNAS Yeovilton, the Royal Navy and Army Women drew 0-0, to start the day’s proceedings.
It was the first time Huish Park had hosted the fixture, with 684 making the most of free admission to enjoy some midweek football.
Congratulations to the Army on their trophy victory, with everyone at Yeovil Town honoured to have hosted the occasion.
