A round-up of the weekend's matches in Sky Bet League Two.

Doncaster Rovers maintained top spot with a 3-1 away win over Barnet.


The league’s joint-top scorer John Akinde opened the scoring for the Bees but two goals from veteran James Coppinger sandwiched John Marquis’ strike to earn Donny all three points.


Second-placed Plymouth Argyle remain hot on Doncaster’s tail after a 4-2 victory over Stevenage.


The sides went in level at the break before Arnold Garita and David Goodwillie turned the match in the Pilgrims’ favour.


A late goal at Brunton Park spared Carlisle United a third consecutive defeat as the Cumbrians drew 1-1 with Morecambe.


Aaron Wildig netted an early goal for the visitors before Charlie Wyke levelled things up with 16 minutes to play.


Conor Chaplin’s double secured Portsmouth an important win over Stevenage as they continue their push for automatic promotion.


The forward netted either side of Gavin Massey’s exquisite effort to move Pompey just two points off the top three.


Cheltenham Town moved out of the relegation places with a convincing win over fellow strugglers Accrington Stanley.

Goals from Reuben Reid, David Wheeler and Ollie Watkins gave Exeter City a deserved 3-0 victory over Grimsby Town at Blundell Park.


It was a result that extended the Grecians' unbeaten run to eight League Two games, while the Mariners lost for the first time since December 17th.


 

Elsewhere, James Collins’ solitary goal saw Crawley Town defeat Hartlepool United while Cambridge United and Blackpool ended goalless.
