Kevin Dawson believes Yeovil’s home form will determine how successful the Glovers are this season.

The midfielder was on the scoresheet at Adams Park on Saturday, scoring from the penalty spot to earn Town a 1-1 draw with Wycombe Wanderers.

After the disappointing 2-0 defeat at Crawley Town last time out, Dawson was pleased with the reaction this week.

“It was a good performance (at Wycombe),” he said to YTFC’s official YouTube channel.

“It’s a tough place to come and after our recent away performance (at Crawley) we knew we had to put it right.

“We came out and beat Reading 4-2 and a got a good result here at Wycombe.”

Yeovil became just the third side in 11 games to take a point off of the Chairboys, but despite the impressive draw the 26-year-old is targeting home wins.

“We had a chat after the Crawley game and we know we have to get points on the board.

“This result will help but our home games are massive. If we pick up three points in them and nick some away then you never know what will happen.”
