Following a suggestion from supporters, Yeovil Town will be collecting cuddly toys next week to give to children spending Christmas at Yeovil District Hospital.
Fans highlighted a generous act undertaken by football supporters in Belgium, who threw cuddly toys on the pitch during a match to be given to children with disabilities.
The Glovers will now be doing something similar for the Emirates FA Cup second round replay with Port Vale on Tuesday, December 12th (7.45pm).
Supporters of both Town and the Valiants are welcome and encouraged to bring a cuddly toy which will be collected during the half-time interval.
All cuddly toys collected will be donated to children at Yeovil District Hospital when the first-team squad make their annual visit later this month.
People wishing to donate who are unable to attend the fixture can drop off their cuddly toy at Huish Park or post it to the following address:
