Following feedback from fans after Saturday’s game Catering and Hospitality director Andy Rossiter has released the following statement.
We are pleased to report that we had solid sales in the Conferencing and Catering department. For this we thank all our supporters who attended our match versus Birmingham City.
The club are fully aware from feedback from fans that we did not achieve this without some operational problems. To this end we found ourselves short of bar staff in the marquee and other areas.
We are happy to report we have today employed extra bar staff to join the staff in our marquee and we have plans to employ more for our other bars.
We know we need to accommodate the away fans and plans are being discussed how to do this, its hoped to report some news shortly.
