First the lads were put through a 45 minute fitness test with a variety of exercises to try.
This was followed by a short break and then some muscle stretching and toning sessions before another intensive self defence session where the lads were taught how to defend themselves.
All of the squad were requested not to try some of the moves on the field though, no matter how much provocation is exerted on them!!
