Yeovil Town Ladies Launches update to  ‘Fans Bill of Rights’

YEOVIL Town Ladies FC has today launched an update to it’s award winning ‘Fans Bill of Rights’

Last season the Club became the first Women’s Club ever to win a National FA Respect Gold Award.

This award was mainly down to the Bill of Rights, which sets out in writing what can be expected of the club in terms of Respect, Fair Play and Customer Service. The document is designed to be equally applicable to visiting fans/players and officials.

Chairman of Yeovil Town Ladies FC, David Mills said “Although this was  literally an award winning idea last season, we want to build further on it as after all if you do not keep ideas like this refreshed, there is no point in doing them. As a club we are always looking to do better on and off the pitch, so as soon as we picked up the Respect award last season, we were thinking about how we could improve matter further this time round”

This season our Bill of Rights includes a new option for fans – an email address especially for them to send queries on Respect and Customer care. Commenting on this, David Mills said “We thought this was an important step forward as the more ways we can give people to communicate with us on these important issues, the better. Very often if someone has a compliant about something, they might not want to speak to someone directly and this email address gives them another option.
