The Glovers added defender Tom James and striker Brandon Goodship to the squad on Friday from Cardiff City and Bournemouth respectively.
But Way is looking forward to announcing another signing early next week, after paperwork delayed an announcement on Friday.
Speaking to YTFC.net, he said: “I want to bring one more in and I was five or six minutes away from being able to announce it today (Friday).
“Unfortunately it didn’t go through but we’ll wait until Monday to tell everyone.
“I’m excited because he’s got good experience from the league above and I feel he’s a good character with a good personality and ability so again, it will be a great addition to Yeovil Town.”
Earlier this month the Green and whites extended the loan deals of Bournemouth duo Ben Whitfield and Matt Butcher, safe in the knowledge regulars Liam Shephard and Ryan Hedges agreed to remain at Huish Park for the full season back in August.
With other clubs now renegotiating loan deals, Way is pleased to have a settled squad.
“When you look at other clubs this time of year doing renewals with loans, it shows that Swansea trust us – and we certainly trust Swansea.
It’s good that we’ve got them (Hedges and Shephard) for part two of the season. With Butcher and Whitfield, we’ve all seen what they bring to the team.”
