The goalkeeper, who made his 100th appearance for the club on Saturday, was adamant Town would bounce back at the Globe Arena and so it proved as they ran out 3-1 winners.

Matt Butcher opened proceedings with a screamer in first-half stoppage time, before Antony Evans restored parity for Morecambe in the 53rd minute.

Defender Alex Lacey poked home to put Town back in front and centre-back partner Bevis Mugabi wrapped up the scoring with a powerful header.

"On the back of a really disappointing defeat against Luton, we needed a reaction,” Krysiak told YTFC’s official YouTube channel.

“I knew we would get things right. We spend so much time on the training ground to get things right and we’ve showed we’ve got potential to win these games.

“They only had two chances, unfortunately they took one but we came back, scored three goals and it’s a platform we can build on and we’ll focus on Barnet now.”

Ninety-five Yeovil fans made the lengthy trip to Morecambe to witness the club’s first win on the road since October.

Town supporters have stuck by the team during their tough run of results and Krysiak appreciates their continued efforts and support.

He said: “I’d like to thank the fans for coming and supporting us, and sticking with us.

“There’s been frustration in the camp and the stands but thank you to the fans for still believing us and still coming to the games.”
