Darren Way’s side will take on higher-league opposition for the third consecutive match after lining up against Swansea City and Bristol City in the last week.

The Glovers squad will come into the match off the back of a short training camp in Wales which incorporated a behind closed doors friendly with the Robins.

An unnamed trialist was on target in the 1-1 stalemate, building on Jordan Green’s strike in a narrow 2-1 defeat to the Swans last Tuesday.

Chelsea loanee Nathan Baxter will once again be absent as he remains with his parent club due to Thibaut Courtois and Willy Caballero’s extended break following the World Cup.

Newest recruit Sessi D’Almeida will make his first appearance as an official Yeovil Town player after playing 45 minutes as an unnamed trialist against Graham Potter’s Swansea a week ago.

For Rovers, they boast one former Glover in the shape of midfielder Ed Upson – a summer signing from MK Dons.

Tickets for the match remain on sale up until kick-off with under-16s able to watch for FREE! Adults can enjoy the encounter for just £6 with senior and young person tickets priced at just £3.

Supporters can buy via the Huish Park ticket office or online.
